Our breath is our life force yet we often neglect this very simple process in our well-being.
Our body stores trauma in every cell and our breath can fill this
space and allow us to let go of these negative emotions. This
allows us to have space to fill within us a more balanced life.
Breathwork refers to the conscious control and manipulation of
the breath to achieve a specific outcome – whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.

The different breathwork modalities are rooted in ancient traditions as well as modern science. But they all emphasise the importance of how we breathe in relation to our overall well-being.
It can be used to calm our mind and body, as long as connecting with our inner self for growth.

I have been practising breathing techniques for meditation for over 20 years. I have in the last 8 years used it more for my personal journey of healing. I practise daily ( at least twice a day). I am Fully qualified and insured for your assurance. So I have a deep understanding of being able to connect with others and walk with you through what ever a clients journey reveals.
Whether releasing past traumas or to find a more spiritual journey or to aid in self esteem or better sleep patterns.
Group sessions or private sessions – what happens and which one is for you?
In a group session you are welcomed into the circle. We take time to
explain the breath techniques we will be using in the session and open
to any questions.
Book your group sessions on our website but walk ins are always welcome. Wed, Fridays: 6pm
Sundays 10.30am

Please bring your yoga mat and an open mind and heart with no expectations to be able to relax deeply. (Mats are provided if you forget yours or if your a first timer)
You may feel tingling, feelings of relaxation and safe in the space, you
may feel the need to move the body to shift some energy as your body
becomes activated. You may feel the need to cry or laugh and some
shaking – all of this is totally normal and go with the flow of what your
body needs.
At the end of the session there is time to discuss how you feel and if you
wish to share your experience – although it is ok to not share anything. It’s your journey.

In a private session we go deeper – we discuss what you would like your
outcome to be – what you need. Some clients wish tools to relax or the need to learn to let things go. We discuss techniques that can be used daily and do a session using these techniques. This is dedicated time for just you.
Glenda is available for private sessions Thursday through to saturdays 10.30am to 4.30pm. bookings are essential and are usually made about 5 days in advance depending on her availablity.
