We’re proud to offer specialized one on one RNCT sessions for mindfulness led by Ange and one on one AND group breath work sessions/meditations facilitated by the beautiful Glenda to guide you in exploring the transformative power of mindful breathing and harnessing your mind with mindfulness.

  • Glenda’s Breathwork Sessions: Glenda’s breathwork expertise focuses on harnessing your breath for emotional release, clarity, and deeper connection to yourself. Wednesady and friday at6.00pm and 10.30am sundays. Glenda is also available for one on one sessions from Thursdsy through to saturdays 10am to 4pm.
  • Ange’s Mindfulness Sessions: Ange brings a calming and insightful approach to useful and applicable mindfulness through the use of Rapid Neuro Cognitive Technioque sessions. These are one on one sessions that go for about 1 hour, helping you cultivate awareness and presence in your day to day life. Ange is available MOndays, Wednesdays from 10am to 4pm and saturdays 11.30am to 5pm

  • Anges’ Mindfulness RNCT sessions: Learn grounding techniques, tools to harness racing thoughts and that crazy argumentative monkey mind, and simple but powerful tools that promote a state of peace and awareness that eventually become second nature after only a few sessions.
  • Glenda’s Breathwork Focus: Experience dynamic breathwork exercises designed to unlock emotional blockages, enhance energy flow, Connect you with your truest version of you and foster personal growth.

Here are some techniques you might explore in these sessions:

  1. Box Breathing
    • Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, and pause for 4 seconds.
  2. Diaphragmatic Breathing
    • Breathe deeply into your belly to stimulate relaxation.
  3. Alternate Nostril Breathing
    • A calming practice for balancing the body and mind.
  4. Resonance Breathing
    • Breathe in and out at an even, steady pace to create a sense of harmony.
  5. Neuro Breathing
    • Breathe in sharply through your mouth for 2 seconds
    • hold for 2 seconds
    • exhale through the mouth slowly for 6 seconds
